You will handle inquiries, explain specials, take payments, maintain hygiene, and upsell promotions in a dynamic evening environment. Progression opportunities to Senior or Supervisor roles available.

• Greet and seat guests professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Explain daily specials clearly to assist guest choices
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly
• Process payments accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations to uphold hygiene standards
• Upsell menu items and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales

Job Summary

Deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. You are the face of our brand and key to customer satisfaction.

Location: Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT (far east square)

Sat & PH EVE: 6pm to 4am

Sun to Friday: 5pm to 3am

6 days work week
