Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hospitality-focused team member for a full-time role with night shifts.

The position offers a rotating schedule (Sun-Tue 11-1, Wed-Fri 11-3, Sat 11-4) and a yearly bonus, located a short walk from City Hall MRT. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, VIP bookings, and coordinate bottle service to maximize guest satisfaction. The role requires experience in premium F&B or nightclub environments, willingness to work late nights and holidays, and

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with working experience in hospitality, nightclub, or premium F&B environment.
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to start work in short notice period.

Responsibilities

• Welcomed guests, managed reservations, and ensured a positive customer experience.
• Coordinated VIP bookings, table allocations, and bottle service arrangements.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with regular and VIP guests.
• Promoted events, upsold premium tables and packages, and supported revenue growth.
• Liaised with floor staff, bar team, and security to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handled guest feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring compliance with company service standards and policies.

Summary

Salary $3300-$3500

5 days, 44hrs per week (Rotating shift, based on roaster)

Operating time:

Sunday - Tuesday: 11 AM - 1 AM

Wednesday - Friday: 11 AM - 3 AM

Saturday & Eve of Public Holiday: 11 AM - 4 A M

Company transportation provided for night shift

Industry: Rooftop restaurant and bar, at 6th floor

Location: Short walking distance from City Hall mrt

Fulltime role, Yearly Bonus provided
