Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is hiring for a full-time position in a rooftop restaurant and bar located near City Hall MRT in Singapore. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and delivering a high-end customer experience during shift-based hours that span late nights and weekends.

Applicants should have prior hospitality or premium F&B experience and be comfortable with night shifts. The job offers a yearly bonus and company transport for night shift staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, nightclub, or premium F&B environments is preferred.
• Comfortable working late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment.
• Able to commence work at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinated VIP bookings, table allocations, and bottle service arrangements.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with regular and VIP guests.
• Promoted events, upsold premium tables and packages, and supported revenue growth.
• Coordinate with floor staff, bar teams, and security to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handled guest feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring compliance with company service standards and policies.
• Support daily guest relations activities and enhance the overall dining and nightlife experience.

Job description

Summary

• Salary: $3,300-$3,500

• Working Days: 5 days, 44 hours per week (including weekends)

• Working Hours: Shift-based (earliest start: 11 AM; latest end: 4 AM)

• Benefits: Yearly Bonus + Company Transport for Night Shifts
