Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore is seeking a Food and Beverage Service Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service across our outlets, including In-Suite Dining/Pool Bar, Long Bar, Raffles Courtyard and Tiffin Room. You will need to know menus, assist guests, upsell, and ensure impeccable service standards in line with Accor values.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality certificate or diploma, 6 months’ experience in food service, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on experience in food service position or similar operations.
• Retail or guest interaction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to guests per hotel SOPs.
• Greet and farewell guests and colleagues professionally.
• Know menus well to advise on options including liquors and cocktails.
• Take and input orders accurately in POS system.
• Ensure timely service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and stations.
