Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore invites applications for a Restaurant Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day outlet operations, ensure high standards of quality and service, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will lead floor teams, coordinate with supervisors, enforce safety and sanitation, handle customer feedback, and maintain cleanliness while delivering consistent service during peak hours and holidays.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (hospitality or retail-related fields are a plus).
• Prior experience as a F&B Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within the restaurant's operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Floor Asst. Manager and Floor Manager for the smooth operations of floor assigned
• Supervise opening and closing operations ensure standard protocols are followed
• Interact positively with customers, ensure customer satisfaction, solicit feedback from customers concerning food and service in the outlet
• Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards.
• Supervise and maintain cleanliness of the outlet
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• Respond promptly to customer complaints/concerns and suggest solutions to resolve complaints
