Job summary

INITIA Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on F&B Supervisor to oversee daily Front of House operations and uphold service standards. You will lead the service team, coordinate with the kitchen, and support the Restaurant Manager to deliver a positive dining experience.

We value candidates with a Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or F&B Management, strong communication, and the ability to manage peak periods in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience in a restaurant.
• Korean cuisine or Asian concepts is an advantage.
• Experience in fast-paced casual dining or high-volume restaurants.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front of House operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor service quality, guest experience, table turnover, and adherence to restaurant standards.
• Lead and guide service staff during daily operations and peak periods.
• Assign daily duties and support manpower deployment according to operational needs.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to improve service performance.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely food service.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures and daily operational checks.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory levels and report replenishment or maintenance needs.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, events, and menu launches.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative working environment.
• Perform other operational duties as required to support the restaurant's business needs.
