Job summary

CHIEF RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Service Officer to join our client in the hospitality sector in Singapore.

You will support the Residence Manager to deliver exemplary guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally, manage cashiering duties, and provide information on residence facilities and local attractions. The role requires flexible shifts, including overnight, and working five days per week

Qualifications

• Able to perform shift, including overnight shift.
• Position is on 5 days per week (weekends/PH may be rostered).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Support Residence Manager in delivering excellent guest service.
• Handle cashiering duties in line with company procedures.
• Provide information on residence facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and organised work area.
• Follow safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain good relationships with guests and provide a welcoming experience.
