Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-oriented hotel staff member to assist guests, respond to inquiries, and perform cashiering duties. The role involves close collaboration with the Residence Manager and handling guest requests with a courteous, professional attitude.

Shift work is required, including day and night hours, with a 44-hour week and a 45-minute break. You will need to be familiar with hotel facilities and local attractions to help guests.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service orientation.
• Ability to respond tactfully to guests’ inquiries.
• Experience handling cashiering functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Residence Manager to assist guests.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and inquiries promptly.
• Handle cashiering tasks in accordance with hotel policies.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times.
• Take ownership of problems and report to supervisor as needed.
• Ensure guest room security and follow emergency procedures.
• Be familiar with local city attractions to assist guests.
