Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking a Hotel Night Duty Officer in Singapore. The role covers overnight guest services, night operations, reservations, and coordination with housekeeping and other teams to ensure a smooth night shift.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of front office experience in hotels, familiarity with PMS, and excellent customer service. The position requires permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational

Competenze

• 2+ years of Front Office experience in hotel/hospitality
• Experience with overnight shifts preferred
• Experience with hotel PMS is an advantage
• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Calm, confident handling guest complaints and emergencies
• Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently

Mansioni

• Welcome late-arriving guests, assist with check-in/check-out during night
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally throughout the night
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, transport, and local attractions
• Resolve guest issues promptly or escalate as needed for guest satisfaction
• Monitor overnight operations and ensure smooth front desk flow
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other teams
• Handover outstanding matters to the morning shift clearly
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Complete overnight administrative reports and guest records
• Perform end-of-day Night Audit and financial reconciliation when applicable
• Maintain high standards of reception and lobby areas
