Job summary

Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide accurate information on facilities and events. You will handle billing, maintain guest privacy, and coordinate with housekeeping and finance to ensure smooth operations.

A polished presentation and strong communication are essential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Front Office or Customer Service, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment and work rotating
