Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore seeks a Guest Services/Reception professional to deliver courteous service and efficient front-desk operations. The role involves welcoming guests by name when possible, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring accuracy and privacy of guest information.

You will stay informed about the property’s facilities, hours, and events and assist with wake-up calls and night audit tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room status and special instructions.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest registry information.
• Provide information on facilities, services, hours, promotions and events.
• Assist with wake-up calls and night audit tasks as per procedures.
