Job summary

Far East Hospitality Holdings Pte Ltd (Far East Hospitality) is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for properties in Sentosa, Singapore. You will oversee daily Front Office operations, guest check-ins/outs, and ensure service excellence across shifts.

The role involves supervising reception, coordinating with other departments, training staff, and maximizing room revenue through upselling and efficient logbook management. Joining requires 2–3 years in Front Office and Opera PMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• 2–3 years of Front Office or supervisory experience in hotels.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective, profitable operation of the hotel with high service standards.
• Supervise Front Office across shifts: reception, cashiering, reservations, baggage.
• Provide prompt guest service and handle complaints with tact.
• Conduct VIP pre-arrivals, escort VIPs, coordinate VIP arrangements.
• Review Front Office Logbook, manage keys, inquiries, reservations, feedback.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximise room revenue.
• Handle guest safety and incident reporting; evacuation in emergencies.
• Train reception staff through structured on‑the‑job programs.
• Collaborate with Sales to optimise group bookings and yield.
• Attend CERT training as required by regulations.
