Job summary

Onyu Restaurant is seeking friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our team in Singapore. You will handle reservations, attend to customer enquiries, take orders, serve food and beverages, and support daily restaurant operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Your role involves greeting guests, managing seating, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness throughout open and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or customer service is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing friendly, attentive service.
• Handle customer reservations, including phone enquiries, booking confirmations, and seating arrangements.
• Manage walk-in customers, waiting lists, and table allocations to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle cashiering duties, including bill settlement and payment processing.
• Set up tables, clear used dishes, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Assist with simple food and beverage preparation when required.
• Monitor and replenish condiments, utensils, beverages, and service supplies.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory management.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties, including restaurant setup and cleaning.
• Support daily restaurant operations and assist team during busy service periods.
