Responsibilities

• Assist in the first point of contact between guests and the restaurant.
• Attend to inquiries and provide relevant information to secure future business.
• Manage and operate POS systems, including all transactions.
• Assist in order-taking, recommend menu specialties, and upsell promotions.
• Balance cash floats at the start and end of each shift.
