Responsibilities

• Address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner.
• Attend and deliver to hotel guests' requests.
• Record daily guest loan items list and runner job list faithfully.
• Ensure linens and pantry are stocked and managed efficiently.
• Manage guest laundry pickup and delivery as required.
• Assist housekeeping tasks and participate in departmental meetings.
