PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Delivery Specialist to ensure guests and clients receive a smooth, well‑managed experience during their stay.

You will handle day‑to‑day guest queries and requests with a phone‑first, resolution‑driven mindset, coordinating with property partners, guests and internal teams to deliver practical solutions within SLA. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of similar work experience in guest services or operations.
• Willing to work alternately in the office and at the client site (central Singapore).
• Positive proactive and solution‑focused attitude in guest situations.
• Professional, calm and clear communicator, both by phone and in writing.
• Flexible when needed and open to constructive feedback.
• A team player who continually supports colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for guest queries and operational requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Guest Services, from wellness checks through to check-out.
• Coordinate extensions and ensure timely updates with clients.
• Manage crisis situations, providing timely updates and resolution.
• Communicate with property partners with a phone-first approach to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide clear and confident updates to guests outlining actions taken and next steps.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and visibility of actions and next steps in systems.
