S & P Manpower Agency PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable hospitality professional to manage a busy, fast-paced outlet. The role emphasizes guest service, order accuracy, hygiene, and coordinating daily operations to deliver consistent high standards.

You will welcome guests, offer food and drink recommendations, handle administrative duties, supervise staff performance, and resolve issues ensuring a smooth, friendly service experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a busy and fast-paced role with varied duties
• Monitor and ensure the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet the company’s standards
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests consistently
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards.
• Provide food and drink recommendations to guests.
• Handle administrative duties, including stock ordering, staff roster, billing, daily report, and duty assignments
• Resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate staff performance
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the outlet to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
• Conduct briefings and updates to the staff.
• Ensure proper festive decorations and food are displayed in order.
