Job summary

Club Chinois in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused outlet supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service for guests. You will handle guest inquiries, assist with stock checks, and communicate promotions to the team, contributing to guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Experience in F&B is preferred, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required to cover busy periods. The role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, vibrant setting

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day-to-day operations.
• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet.
• Ensure that all staff are properly informed on the promotions and information.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency, customer service, and revenue generation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
