A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a poised Guest Relations Executive to oversee front-of-house guest engagement and reservation management in a premium CBD dining environment.

You will be the first contact, ensuring seamless reservations, personalised service, and smooth coordination between service, bar, and kitchen teams. With 1-2 years in F&B or hospitality, you will communicate confidently, maintain guest-centric service, and handle billing with discretion.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Guest-centric mindset with calm problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume CBD environment.
• Familiar with reservation systems and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Manage reservations, seating plans and booking enquiries using reservation systems.
• Optimize table allocation and guest flow during peak periods.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service teams for timely order execution.
• Handle guest feedback with discretion and prompt resolution.
• Monitor service flow, ambience and presentation to uphold brand standards.
• Assist with billing, payments and reconciliation per company procedures.
• Promote menu highlights and signature experiences to enhance guest engagement.
• Capture and report guest insights to management for service improvements.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, workplace safety and SOPs.
