Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests professionally, creating a warm first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating, waiting lists, and inquiries with the service team.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and concerns professionally, escalating when needed.
• Perform cashier duties using POS, handling payments and receipts accurately.
• Assist guests with menu enquiries, takeaway requests, and service-related matters.
• Keep front counter and reception area clean and welcoming.
