Tong Le Private Dining Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly front-of-house associate to welcome guests, manage reservations, and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced dining environment.

The role involves handling cashier duties using the POS system, processing payments, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and provide a warm first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating, waiting lists and enquiries.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate to management when needed.
• Operate POS, process payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Assist guests with menu queries, promotions, takeaway and service matters.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter and reception area.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
