Job summary

The Luxury Collection, part of Marriott International, Singapore, invites applications for a Front Office Trainee. You will learn to coordinate guest communications, manage room inventory, and handle multi-channel inquiries to support guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations, maintain accurate PMS data, assist in overbooking strategies, and promote upsell opportunities while upholding privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or above.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service or hotel operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Log and track guest requests across approved systems.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Sales on room status and VIP readiness.
• Ensure accurate PMS/GXP data for arrivals, departures, preferences and rate codes.
• Prepare arrival reports and brief Front Office on VIPs, special occasions and amenities.
• Assist in overbooking and displacement strategies to protect revenue.
