Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an entry level Receptionist for a 1-year contract at Labrador Park - Mapletree Business City. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Basic salary is SGD 2,800 plus a completion bonus. Diploma or above required; 1 year of reception experience preferred. Start date is end of September 2026. Responsibilities include handling front desk duties, guiding guests to meeting rooms, answering calls, and assisting with document management and courier

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or above.
• 1 year of receptionist working experience.
• Able to start in End September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk receptionist duties.
• Attend to walk-in guest enquiries and guide to meeting rooms.
• Answer and transfer phone calls to relevant recipients.
• Assist in document management and courier services.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
