Job summary

SR KITCHEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a service professional to manage daily floor operations and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will attend to guests, make menu and beverage recommendations, and support upselling of items while coordinating closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service and timely deliveries. The role also involves staff rostering, handling guest feedback, and guidance to junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and maintain consistent service standards.
• Attend to guests, take orders, and provide menu and beverage recommendations.
• Support upselling of menu items and beverages.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and monitor hourly output.
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner.
• Guide junior service staff and ensure proper table setup, presentation, and service etiquette.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address any guest queries or concerns.
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shift schedules to ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
• Monitor stock levels of bulk spices and packaging materials to prevent shortages.
• Contributes to daily,holiday and theme menus in collaboration with supervisor.
