Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking Guest Experience Crew/Manager to enhance guest experience at the restaurant. You will engage guests, assist at the counter with cashiering and order releases, and ensure accurate orders while supporting with kiosk operations.

The role requires maintaining cleanliness, upholding food safety standards, and leading the guest experience crew to deliver consistent service. Training is provided and shifts include weekends with various hours.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided.
• Pleasant personality and good communication are essential.
• Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays/shift work.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement to ensure best guest experience
• Assist at the counter including Cashiering, Release of Orders, and assisting with queries
• Ensure order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and counter areas
• Adhere to Food Safety, Hygiene and SOPs
• Ensure Self-Ordering Kiosks are functioning during operating hours
• Support with restaurant operational trackers and collect guest feedback
• Assist with lobby rubbish disposal
• Adhere to brand operations standards
• Lead the guest experience crew and oversee tasks in the restaurant
