Job summary

You will ensure smooth service flow, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, manage seating, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. The role requires clear English communication and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Experience in a service or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient English communication.
• Willingness to perform additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant floor operations to maintain efficient service flow.
• Monitor and uphold high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Respond professionally to customer feedback, enquiries, and service recovery.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to prepare the team.
• Manage table assignments and guest seating to optimize flow and minimize waiting time.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely operations.
• Enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and guide service staff on proper service standards.
