Job summary

KTB HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, lead the service team, and maintain excellent customer service.

You will ensure quality, safety, and financial standards, coordinate kitchen and service, train staff, manage schedules, handle feedback, and act as Manager on Duty when needed to drive guest satisfaction and business results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise front-of-house and service staff during shifts.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support staff training, onboarding, and performance development.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Support cost control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
