Job summary

HAPPY GO LUCKY F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. You will handle customer service, order management, billing, and event assistance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and interpersonal skills, are able to multitask, and possess basic knowledge of POS systems and food safety; prior hospitality experience is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• GEO 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation with a certificate on Food Safety & Hygiene is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems is beneficial.
