Job summary

You will work in a fast-paced dining environment, support opening/closing duties, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Restock and replenish service items as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
