Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused team member to support front-of-house operations within a busy dining environment. You will manage orders, assist with inventory, and provide essential guest services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will also support kitchen operations, handle billing and payments, assist with events and reservations, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• GEO 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation with certificate on Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service to guests and colleagues.
• Handle Order Management and ensure accurate processing.
• Oversee Inventory Management and stock control.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
• Provide support to Kitchen operations as needed.

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisors.
