Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Crew member in Guest Experience Operations to help with guest admissions, answer inquiries, and provide day-to-day service support across touchpoints.

You will greet guests with a cheerful demeanour, handle turnstile admissions with valid tickets, process sales and redemptions, collect feedback, upsell offerings, and maintain clean, guest-facing areas while adapting to shift work.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Effective verbal communication to assist guests confidently.
• Attention to detail in handling ticketing and cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to resolve minor guest issues independently and efficiently.
• Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Display a warm, welcoming personality while upholding high customer service standards.
• Provide a welcoming admission experience at the turnstile with valid tickets.
• Process ongoing initiatives, redemptions and ticket sales following procedures.
• Conduct surveys to gather guest feedback and analyze results.
• Actively promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Address guest feedback promptly and perform service recovery when needed.
• Perform shift paperwork and keep work areas clean and orderly for guests.
