Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore is seeking energetic guest services team members to ensure smooth daily operations at attractions, manage queues, maintain cleanliness and show quality, and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will support event logistics, assist in staff training, handle ticketing and cash handling, and engage guests with storytelling and activities while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or attractions experience is an advantage.
• Service-driven, pleasant, courteous and confident.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Good team player who can also work independently.
• Physically fit to stand long hours.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of attractions, manage queues and crowd flow.
• Maintain attractions cleanliness and show quality.
• Deliver excellent guest experience and manage on-ground feedback.
• Ensure safety regulations, quality standards and policies are followed.
• Assist in training part-time staff to maintain high engagement and safety.
• Perform ticketing and cash handling procedures.
• Support event logistics from setup to teardown.
• Monitor guest areas to clear dining items during events.
• Facilitate planned activities and interactive sessions.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
