Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd on Parry Avenue, Singapore, is hiring a front desk professional for a permanent position. You will welcome residents, visitors and guests, delivering warm and professional service and coordinating with internal teams for follow-up.

Requirements include a Diploma with at least two years of hospitality or front desk experience, strong English and Mandarin communication, and a neat, service-minded presentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant hospitality or front desk experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Professional, well-presented and personable with a strong service mindset.
• Patient, friendly and comfortable interacting with elderly residents and families.
• Good administrative and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working on a roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, visitors and guests, providing a warm and professional first point of contact.
• Handle phone and online enquiries, visitor registration and provide directions or relevant information.
• Attend to guests' requests and coordinate with internal teams for follow-up.
• Handle administrative duties such as billing, guest records, facility bookings and shift handovers.
• Prepare reports and ensure smooth handover between shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
