The ideal candidate should possess a Professional Certificate and have 1-2 years of experience in hotel's Front Office. The role requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Hotel's Front Office.
• Rotating to various sections of Front Office such as Front Desk, Concierge, Bell & Executive Lounge.
• Able to perform rotating shift duties including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Establish guest connection via email to customize the stay experience.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and act on them promptly.
• Process all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
