Job summary

SINGAPORE MARRIOTT TANG PLAZA HOTEL is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to deliver seamless experiences to guests. This role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring smooth resort operations. Applicants should possess customer-oriented qualities and be able to handle cash transactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC and relevant experience, but newcomers are also welcomed. Ability to work overnight shifts and handle the hotel’s computer systems like Opera and Micros is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Hotel's Executive Lounge is preferable.
• Willingness to work with the hotel's computer system.
• Ability to perform rotating shift duties including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and acknowledge them with a smile.
• Anticipate service needs and respond to guest questions.
• Ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
