Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Concierge Executive to warmly welcome tenants, visitors and guests at the building lobby.

You will manage front desk inquiries via walk-ins, calls and emails, and provide accurate information in a professional environment. Based in Singapore at Bugis location, the role runs Mondays to Fridays 8am–6pm; training and uniform are provided. Candidates should have at least GCE O levels and 2 years of relevant experience in concierge or hospitality,

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in concierge, front desk, customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails
• Provide accurate and timely information to tenants and visitors
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues in accordance with established SOPs and service standards
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring information is accurate
• Support administrative and operational activities
