Qualifications

• Minimum hospitality degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or security preferred.
• Able to communicate well in English (additional languages is a plus).
• Presentable, polite, and service-oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to guests and visitors.
• Attend to guest enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist with directions, check-in guidance, and general hotel support.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.
• Handle feedback and escalate issues to hotel management when required.
• Support front desk or concierge team when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming service area.
