Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Security Officer to perform frontline security tasks at multiple duty points in Singapore. The role requires smartly handling guests, guiding vehicles, and supporting posture with a strong emphasis on safety and service.

Responsibilities include CCTV monitoring, incident response, access control, and coordinating in-park and taxi flow. Prior security exposure is preferred and the candidate should be prepared to act as 2nd in charge when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE and above.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of security officer experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily deployment duties and tasks at multiple duty points.
• Smile and greet all incoming and exiting patients/visitors.
• Assist to open/close arriving/departing vehicles at the front lobby.
• Provide proactive assistance to arriving/departing patients/visitors (wheelchair, trolley, etc).
• Coordinate taxi calls, wheelchair/portering.
• Ensure smooth vehicle flow in carparks and taxi flow management.
• Assist in car park management and related operations.
• Handle access control, pass issues and contractor management.
• CCTV review and recording; incident management (fire, emergencies).
• Attend Code Black triggers (violent patients, crowd control, etc).
• Foot patrols (internal & external).
• As 2nd in charge, assist seniors in deployment and task management.
• Render security support for ad-hoc situations (VIP visits, emergencies).
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
