Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Concierge Executive to warmly assist tenants, visitors, and guests while managing front desk inquiries in a professional setting near Bugis MRT.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role involves CRM upkeep and supporting daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in concierge, front desk, customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
• Provide accurate and timely information to tenants and visitors.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues in accordance with established SOPs and service standards.
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring information is accurate.
• Support administrative and operational activities.
