Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service, security, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and professional English proficiency.
• Flexible, positive attitude with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with arrivals and departures
• Manage visitor bookings in Salesforce guest system
• Issue and reconcile passes with security and facilities
• Direct deliveries and manage storage
• Maintain lobby signage and front desk areas
• Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security
• Collaborate with onsite services to ensure a safe environment
