You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, process new bookings, and coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth arrivals and departures. Responsibilities

• Handle room reservation enquiries through phone, email and online channels.
• Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations and confirmations accurately.
• Maintain updated reservation records and ensure all booking details are correct.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding arrivals, departures and special requests.
• Assist guests with room availability, rates, packages and hotel facilities.
• Ensure reservations are handled in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Monitor room availability and communicate booking information to the relevant departments.
• Follow up on pending reservations, payment details and guest requests.
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent guest service.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of guest and reservation information.
