Qualifications

• 2+ years of GTM or commercial experience with measurable results.
• CS or engineering background or substantial hands-on coding.
• Experience selling developer tools or AI/ML products.
• Experience building outbound systems and automation.
• Familiar with reinforcement learning concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline from targeting to meeting booking.
• Build GTM workflows, email sequences, CRM automation, lead scoring.
• Use AI tools, scrapers, and automation to boost pipeline.
• Develop messaging for technical buyers.
• Learn prospects' businesses to identify needs and explain value.
• Track pipeline metrics and improve conversion.
• Collaborate with founders to scale the GTM playbook.
