Qualifications

About the Role

An early-stage AI infrastructure startup is looking for a GTM Engineer to connect technical expertise with revenue growth. You will build and improve the outbound motion for products serving AI researchers, ML engineers, and engineering leaders, working closely with company founders to shape the go-to-market approach.

What You'll Do

• - Own the outbound pipeline from prospect targeting and enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
• - Build and maintain GTM workflows, including email sequences, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tools.
• - Use AI tools, scrapers, and workflow automation to increase the impact and efficiency of pipeline generation.
• - Develop and refine messaging that earns responses from technical buyers.
• - Learn prospects' businesses, industries, and workflows to identify relevant needs and explain product value.
• - Track pipeline metrics and improve conversion across each stage.
• - Collaborate with founders to develop and scale the go-to-market playbook.

What We're Looking For

• - At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, including measurable results building a sales motion and closing deals.
• - A computer science or engineering background, or substantial hands-on coding and technical project experience.
• - Experience engaging with technical buyers and selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML products.
• - Strong familiarity with GTM tools such as Clay or Apollo, and experience building outbound systems and automations.
• - Experience with outbound sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, targeting, enrichment, and pipeline optimization.
• - Practical use of AI tools to build scrapers, automations, or internal tools that improve GTM output.
• - Early-stage startup experience, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently.
• - Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts, including environments, evaluations, and benchmarks, is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is $100,000 to $170,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
