Job summary

Ethos is seeking a seasoned GTM strategist to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own go-to-market planning, revenue leadership, and pipeline forecasting, while shaping compensation and incentive structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with direct ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design territory and quota models, and develop sales playbooks and battlecards.
• Prepare and present pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews and stakeholder buy-in.
• Lead go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products; conduct win/loss analyses.
• Propose compensation plans and incentive structures aligned with business goals.
