Job summary

Control Risks is seeking several dedicated GSOC Shift Leads to join a newly formed GSOC programme in Singapore. You will supervise analysts, lead daily shifts, and ensure timely escalation and high-quality incident handling across APAC and global regions.

The role requires a University degree and 2+ years GSOC experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach teammates and coordinate with internal stakeholders. A 24x7 shift pattern is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or above required; GSOC experience preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years GSOC experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Proficiency in global risk event monitoring and incident response protocols.
• Ability to train and mentor analysts and lead shift handovers.
• Strong written and verbal communication to guide a team during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise GSOC Analysts to ensure monitoring and responses follow SOPs.
• Lead shift and handovers; ensure quality of work across shifts.
• Issue security incident notifications or early warning reports via internal platforms.
• Respond quickly to emergencies; coordinate task assignments and escalations.
• Lead incident response and coordinate with analysts and stakeholders.
• Support output of reports and perform quality control on GSOC products.
• Participate in process optimization and risk mitigation planning.
• Provide direction to analysts; adapt to stakeholder requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on global risk events and incidents.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to GSOC Analysts.
• Act as GSOC Analyst when required.
