Job summary

Control Risks Group in Singapore is seeking a GSOC Team Lead to head a newly formed global programme for a major technology client. The role involves managing 24/7 coverage in APAC, rotating shifts, and growing the team to meet client expectations.

You will mentor analysts, drive process improvements, and serve as a key liaison between the client and Control Risks, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years GSOC experience in programme management or supervision.
• Experience with risk monitoring and OSINT techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff onboarding, rostering, and SOP development.
• Provide regular client reports and KPI updates.
• Lead process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coach and evaluate team members, manage performance.
• Coordinate with ECS programme management and Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure quality delivery and alignment with client goals.
