Job summary

Control Risks Group (S) Pte Ltd is seeking GSOC Analysts to join a newly formed programme for a global technology company based in Singapore. The team will provide 24/7 coverage across APAC and other regions, operating on a rotational shift basis including day and night shifts.

Candidates must be based in Singapore with full work rights. Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, incident assessment, response coordination, and creating security reports to inform management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in history, political science or criminal justice (or related field).
• Experience in GSOC or security operations preferred.
• Knowledge of security systems and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for global security communications.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for threats.
• Assess incidents in real time and coordinate responses.
• Document incidents with actions and outcomes.
• Support security protocols as directed by leadership.
• Develop security reports and intelligence products.
• Provide travel security tracking for personnel.
• Participate in regular security training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
