Qualifications
- 4+ years GSOC experience in programme management or supervisory role.
- Experience with global risk monitoring and OSINT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience aligning team objectives with program strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding tasks and team resourcing to meet client expectations.
- Oversee daily GSOC operations and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop SOPs and drive process improvements across the program.
- Liaise with client to resolve issues and align with client goals.
- Provide regular reports and key insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews.
