Job summary

Control Risks in Singapore is seeking a GSOC Team Lead to spearhead a newly formed GSOC programme for a global technology client. The role involves leading operations, shaping SOPs, and working closely with the client to drive continuous improvement.

The position requires hands-on support and leadership across rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage in APAC and beyond. Based in Singapore, you will mentor analysts, manage onboarding and offboarding, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries

Qualifications

• 4+ years GSOC experience in programme management or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in global risk event monitoring, OSINT tactical intelligence, security systems and devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with decisive judgment.
• Ability to manage teams under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with senior management and client stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to develop SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily GSOC operations and ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with client to align on strategy and SOPs.
• Mentor team members and support career development.
• Coordinate hiring with Talent Acquisition to meet staffing needs.
• Produce regular reports and KPIs for client requirements.
