Job summary

Shopee is seeking a highly analytical Marketing Solutions strategist for the Regional Marketing Solutions team in Singapore. The role focuses on online marketing strategy and growth of paid advertising solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers.

You will lead metrics reporting, identify growth opportunities, and build strong business cases. Collaboration with media partners and cross-functional teams is essential to drive e‑commerce performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, digital marketing, advertising, e‑commerce or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem‑solving, with a structured approach and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience in industry and market research and modelling preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setting, tracking and reporting of key business performance metrics with management.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify growth opportunities across the business portfolio, and build strong business cases to support stakeholder decision‑making.
• Develop new partnerships with leading media channels to incubate and launch best‑in‑class advertising and marketing solutions.
• Build comprehensive insights about digital marketing industry dynamics, market developments and technology trends, including AI applications in paid traffic and advertising for e‑commerce.
• Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to support cross‑functional strategic initiatives across the organisation.
